mechanic schools Automotive Training Center is dedicated to delivering the highest quality education for students seeking to acquire the skills and knowledge required for employment in the fields of Automotive, Diesel, Collision Reconditioning/Refinishing and Marine Service Technologies. Successful graduates will not only attain a high quality of knowledge of the theory underlying the technical systems they study, but will also demonstrate competence in the performance of required tasks through meaningful and relevant shop work.

Automotive Programs

Automotive Technology (AT)
Objective: To enable a graduate of this program to acquire sufficient technical knowledge and experience in the general aspects of automotive diagnostics and repair to be employable as an entry level automotive technician in any type of dealership, service center, or general repair shop.

Specialized Automotive Technology (SAT)
Objective: To enable a graduate of this program to acquire sufficient technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of automotive diagnostics and repair, with a specialization in engine performance and diagnostics, to be employable as an entry level automotive technician in any type of dealership, serivce center, or general repair shop.

Automotive Technology - Evening Program (AT-EVE)
Objective: To enable the graduate of this program to acquire sufficient technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of automotive diagnosis and repair to obtain entry level employment as an automotive technician in any type of dealership, service center, or general repair shop.

Diesel or Hi-Performance Programs

Advanced Automotive Technology (ADAT)
Objective: To enable a graduate of this program to acquire sufficient technical knowledge and experience in diagnostics and repair witha broader scope of advanced specialization in the areas of engine performance, diagnostics, diesel and hi-performance technology so as to be employable as an entry level automotive or diesel technician in any type of dealership, service center, general repair shop, or machine shop.

Collision Programs

Collision Reconditioning Technology (CRT)
Objective: To enable a graduate of this program to acquire sufficient technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of diagnosis and repair of collision damage - including mechanical and electrical components and air conditioning systems - to obtain employment as an entry level technician in a dealership or collision reconditioning specialty shop.

Collision Repair Technology - Evening Program (CRT-EVE)
Objective: To enable the graduate of this program to acquire sufficient technical knowledge and experience to obtain employment as an entry level technician in the field of Collision Repair with basic knowledge of supportive mechanical systems.

With two convenient campus locations in Exton and Warminster, Pennsylvania, you can learn close to home. Morning, afternoon and evening classes allow you the flexibility to set your class schedule.

Financial Aid
Financial aid assistance is available to those students who qualify. Federal financial aid programs (Title IV Programs) available include the following: Federal Pell Grants, Federal Family Education Loans (Subsidized and Unsubsidized Stafford Student Loans and PLUS Loans to parents). State programs include the Pennsylvania state grant program administered by PHEAA (the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency).

Industry Alliances
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in conjunction with the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) was set up to develop and administer an evaluation plan for automotive training programs. ATC’s Automotive Technology (AT) program, Specialized Automotive Technology (SAT) program, Advanced Automotive Technology (ADAT) program and Collision Reconditioning Technology (CRT) program are all ASE master certified programs.

An Official Training School of the ADAGP
Automotive Training Center is sanctioned by the ADAGP which represents 250 new car and truck dealerships throughout the five county region. These dealers employ 5,000 automotive, collision and diesel technicians.

Ford Authorized Training Partner
Ford Motor Company has partnered with Automotive Training Center to deliver the maintenance and light repair (MLR) program. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded specific Service Technician Specialty Training (STST) credentials issued by Ford.
